how to easily back up windows 8 system

Windows 8 includes a new backup solution called File History. After you turn it on, File History automatically backs up every file in your libraries every hour. Microsoft says this program was included as a way to protect and backup users files since users never seem to setup their backup program. However, someone may not be so lucky. Due to some computer failures, they cannot boot their computer and find all kinds of ways to recover their systems, photos, video, files etc.

Think about the last computer you bought: it almost certainly came without a backup copy of Windows, and the next one you buy will be the same. Administrators do so in order to get the backup files windows 10 and running in case the operating system fails to boot, or otherwise gets corrupted for any reason.

In most cases data loss is preventable, but many of the “traditional” options for data protection can be costly and/or difficult to setup. While following the guides below, please be aware that, due to regular updates to the operating system, things may not appear quite as they do in the screenshots we’ve provided.

ShadowMaker is an all-in-one data protection and disaster recovery solution for PCs. It can back up your Windows Operating System, selected partitions, and even the whole disk. With a copy of backup, you are able to restore computer once a disaster occurs, like system crash, hard drive failure, and more.

You can protect your backed up files with ShadowMaker, backup from a Storage Space, backup to a Storage Space, and more.  The same program that was available in Vista is in Windows 8.  Since it’s not easy to find  I suggest pinning the program to the Start Metro screen. Still, we recommend at least making a local system image backup, and if your data is of the utmost importance, we’d say it’s best for you to make both a local backup on an external hard drive, and use a free windows backup software as well.
